About the role - Behaviour Mentor
I am working with a SEN setting in Wakefield who are looking to appoint a behaviour mentor to join them as soon as possible. The successful behaviour mentor will be responsible for delivering 1:1, paired and small group with students with challenging behaviour. The school are looking for an individual who can maintain a physically safe environment whilst following risk assessments as appropriate. The focus for the successful behaviour mentor will be to act as a positive role model for the students across school.
