We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Store Manager to join our team at The Juicery in Exeter. Located at 161 Water Street 03833, the Store Manager will lead and manage a growing team. The Store Manager will work closely with their fellow Team Members and District Manager to provide a high quality product and customer service.

* Competitive Pay - Our pay structure includes an hourly base rate of $20/hour. The yearly average for hourly tips at this location is an additional $5 - $7 per hour. (Please note tips are not guaranteed.)

Summary of Position: As a Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day store operations. You’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional environment for both customers and employees. The Manager will work closely with Upper Management to assist in delivering consistent quality products and exceptional customer service.

* Direct day-to-day operations of the store
* Create and manage store schedule
* Manage product ordering and store inventory
* Manage cash handling
* Hire, train, and develop staff
* Create and maintain a positive work environment
* Manage and enforce food safety procedures
* Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team
What We're Looking For:
* Experience with managing orders in a high-volume environment
* Proven leadership skills
* Experience with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required!)
* Full-time availability
