This role is an exciting opportunity for professionals seeking to contribute to and learn about wide research management projects, including preparations for the submission to the REF 2029.
Working within a diverse team of research professionals, researchers and research leaders, the post holder will provide project management support for the REF 2029 submission and other significant projects in the Research, Engagement and Innovation Office. This role offers the chance to apply problem-solving, creativity and collaboration skills to the design, implementation, documentation, delivery and monitoring of plans, processes and tools, as well as workshops and other engagement activities.
You will have :
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of Higher Education research environment and research management data
- Experience in supporting the planning and delivery of projects in a hider education or academic environment
The role holder will join the Research, Engagement and Innovation Office, working alongside professional services colleagues supporting Research and Innovation at the University. We are based on the University’s beautiful green Whiteknights campus which has won 14 consecutive Green Flag awards.
