This post is a limited term appointment for 12 months About the role We are seeking an experienced Air Traffic Control Manager to oversee operations and ensure the safety and efficiency of our air traffic services. Located on the picturesque Isle of Man, our airport serves as a vital hub for the community, connecting residents and visitors to the mainland and beyond. You will join a close-knit team within a dynamic environment where your main duties will be to: Manage and lead the air traffic control team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Co-ordinating with the Senior Air Traffic Engineer in all matters affecting the provision of Air Traffic Services, including technical safeguarding requirements. Develop and implement training programs to maintain high levels of competency within the ATC team. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and cooperate with other Air Traffic Service Units.
