This is a six-month temporary role to join the Healthcare Business Unit in a growing function at an exciting time where the Healthcare Services we offer will extend and expand. We are looking for someone with excellent coaching skills and commercial awareness to support our Healthcare Centre project in London.
About the role
You will report into the Head of Private Healthcare Services and your role will be to work across our Healthcare centres in London to coach and support stores teams including healthcare professionals. You will establish best practice across these locations including diary management, optimising clinics availability at the right times for customers and ensuring a full range of services is available.
You will find, establish and share insights, data and updates from a variety of internal stakeholders (stores, field and support office based) and external sources to create plans and interventions on existing and new services.
You will work with several different functions across the business including the Superintendent Pharmacist's Office, Pharmacy Operations team, Finance team, E-commerce team, Supply Chain teams and Marketing functions, so the ability to partner and work collaboratively is important for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To support healthcare centres teams across multiple locations deliver commercial results - revenue, profit, and customer care.
2. Identify key drivers of performance at regional and store level and support stores in using these to develop business plans.
3. Pivotal in understanding stores and services market to identify opportunities to gain experience the business.
4. Continually develop new ways to attract new customers to healthcare services.
5. Support stores with operational processes that will drive business performance e.g., appointment diary.
6. Share and establish a wider adoption of best practice across stores.
What you'll need to have
1. You will have excellent coaching skills.
2. You can demonstrate a commercial acumen with a desire to build upon this within the job.
3. We're looking for someone with high energy, resilience, adaptability and unfazed by change in an agile environment.
4. Ability to build relationships quickly and engage with a wide range of colleagues across the business as well as lead a team to deliver work to a high standard and at pace.
5. Effective communication skills allowing you to influence stakeholders across the business and at different levels.
