About The Role We are looking for a Principal Social Worker who demonstrates excellent practice and evidences the coaching and developing of others to excellence. You will have wide ranging and in-depth knowledge of ASC services, current challenges and how to navigate these to ensure we can deliver high quality, independence-focussed and efficient services and meet our transformation objectives. You will be able to demonstrate how you have embedded the principles of wellbeing and independence across ASC services and wider system. You will lead on cultural change to underpin the success of our change journey.
