The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a Family Partner with 7+ years PQE to join their HNW team with a view of succession planning. In this role, you will be working closely alongside the L500 recommended senior partner in the team, dealing with HNW individuals and working on some of the most complex, non-factory-like family work based in the city centre of Manchester. This firm has a strong reputation across individual services, and their family offering underpins their reputation.
The team deals with divorces, children act matters, international relocation cases, cohabitation agreements, pre/post-nuptial agreements, and more. You will be managing your own caseload of HNW matters. Existing connections are welcomed in respect of clients but are not essential.
This role will entail a degree of supervision and management; therefore, experience in a leadership role in some capacity is advantageous. This role has been designed in line with succession planning.
Requirements:
* You will be a Family Partner with 7 years PQE+
* The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
* You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
* Be able to coach and develop more junior members of your team
* Excellent client care skills are essential
