Berwick Care is a rapidly expanding family-run business with over 25 years of experience supporting care providers across the UK. As we continue to grow, we're investing heavily in our marketing function to help us realise our ambitious future plans.
Marketing is currently led by our Head of Marketing, supported by a Marketing Assistant and trusted external partners. We're now looking to strengthen the team by hiring an experienced eCommerce and Digital Strategist who thrives in a technical, data-driven environment and is excited by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
The Role
This is a key strategic role for someone who enjoys the more technical aspects of marketing—think app management, website development, platform integrations, and performance optimisation. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver projects that generate leads, boost brand visibility, and enhance the customer journey across our digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the Berwick Care App, ensuring it is up-to-date and fully functional
* Own our CRM system, developing lead generation and nurturing workflows
* Manage the website CMS, overseeing product and content updates and UX improvements
* Continuously optimise performance across social media, website, and digital campaigns
* Track and report on key KPIs, ROI, and competitor insights with actionable recommendations
* Stay on top of SEO best practices—both technical and content-focused
* Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc digital performance reports
* Support the Head of Marketing during client meetings and new business initiatives
* Collaborate with developers, external agencies, and consultants to execute digital projects
* Conduct regular industry listening to track trends within the care sector
