Aerospace Paint Sprayer - NIGHTSHIFT Salary £22.00 - 23.00 Per Hour (46 Hour Week) Tewkesbury We are recruiting for experienced Aerospace Paint Sprayer to join our team. You'll apply primers, topcoats, and specialty finishes to aerospace components, ensuring high-quality standards in appearance and durability. Responsibilities - Aerospace Paint Sprayer Prepare surfaces of aerospace components by cleaning, masking, and sanding to ensure proper paint adhesion. Mix and apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray guns and other application equipment according to technical specifications and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain and operate paint sprayer equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly calibrated. Inspect painted surfaces for defects, such as runs, sags, or unpainted areas, and perform touch-ups as necessary. Work with quality control to ensure finished products meet customer specifications and industry standards. Follow all safety protocols Properly disposing of hazardous materials according to regulations. Keep accurate records of materials used, processes followed, and completed work. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Paint Sprayer to Aerospace standards Skillset / Experience required - Aerospace Paint Sprayer 5 years of industrial painting experience (aerospace/automotive preferred). Knowledge of painting processes, equipment, and safety regulations. Ability to read technical drawings and work independently. Physical ability to work in a paint booth and wear a respirator.
