As the Regulatory Compliance Trainer, you will develop and deliver specialised training programs to internal employees and external clients.
Role Overview
You will craft and execute training courses covering topics like Validation, GAMP, and regulatory compliance standards. Your expertise will ensure participants meet standards set by bodies such as the FDA and EMA. You will also keep training materials up-to-date with the latest regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver training programs in the life sciences sector
* Update training content based on industry developments and regulatory changes
* Evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs based on feedback
* Monitor trainee satisfaction and knowledge retention
* Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to identify client training needs
