Position: Senior Negotiator – Monday – Friday. Birmingham based.

Role Overview:
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join an established sales team at the Birmingham head office. This role is central to facilitating property sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining excellent client relationships, and ensuring a seamless auction experience for both buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate property sales through their platform, ensuring smooth transactions.
2. Communicate effectively with prospective buyers and sellers.
3. Provide property appraisals to sellers, offering expert advice and guidance.
4. Maintain regular contact with clients and customers, fostering strong relationships.
5. Deliver excellent customer service, exceeding client expectations at every step.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience: Previous experience in real estate is essential.
2. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
3. Motivation: Highly motivated to work independently and as part of a growing sales team.
