Job Role: Recruitment Account Manager Job Location: Preston Salary: Negotiable Working period: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30 Role Overview: As a Recruitment Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new clients across [specific sectors if applicable]. Conduct outreach, sales calls, and client meetings to build relationships. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth. Negotiate commercial agreements with new clients. Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients. Act as a trusted recruitment partner, understanding client hiring needs and challenges. Deliver exceptional account management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Arrange regular client catch-ups to review recruitment strategies and identify future hiring needs. Recruitment Delivery & Coordination: Work closely with recruitment consultants & delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met. Oversee candidate placements, ensuring smooth processes from sourcing to onboarding. Provide market insights and recommendations to clients. Performance & Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through client acquisition and retention. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell recruitment services. Track performance metrics and report on business development activities
