We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to work with one of our Perth based clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a passion for supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the sales team
* Managing and updating sales records
* Producing and analyzing reports using Excel, including Pivot Tables
* Assisting with order processing and customer communications
* Maintaining accurate data and ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries
Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary of £25,000 per year
* Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
