About the role
This is an opportunity to join a small yet highly experienced team who are committed to
personal development and on a mission to build an industry leading organization. You will be
working closely with the founder and leadership team as the company scales.
As a senior member of the Sales team you will be responsible for lead generation through
networking, referrals and outbound sales as well as managing large enterprise accounts where
you will be responsible for growing repeat business.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process which includes; Research and market mapping to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer trends; identifying which customers experience the challenges our solution solves, educating target customers on our proposition and approach, and consulting internal and external stakeholders to ensure an effective solution.
You will be accountable for maintaining your own consistent pipeline of business, specifically
targeted at developing the accounts you work with (account mapping and growth). You will also
be expected to attend industry events and conferences to build our brand and broaden your
own network.
About you
You will have previous experience of solution-selling: identifying problem areas and shaping
strategic solutions to technical and business leaders, including gaining consensus for these
solutions across a broad stakeholder community.
You will have a demonstrable track record of working with technical leaders (e.g. Chief Data
Officers) to understand their strategy & upcoming requirements.
You will have experience of facilitating workshops/ roundtables with senior executive level
stakeholders.
Ideally you will have experience of delivering account growth and account management
management of enterprise accounts (10k+ employees)
It is essential that you are adaptable and proactive; whether consulting with clients, delivering
solutions, or working with their internal team.
