We have an exciting opportunity for a Design and Technical Trainee to join our team at Vistry Group. As our Technical Trainee you will provide administrative support to the technical team in the planning, co-ordination and design functions on each allocated project from tender to post contract. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards a higher Level 4 apprenticeship to further develop your skills and knowledge.

4 GCSEs A-C/4-9. Two of these must be Maths and English
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification. For example, NVQ or diploma Level 3 or equivalent / T Level / BTEC Diploma or 2 A Levels (minimum grade D or above)
Excellent attention to detail
Confident at engaging with our stakeholders with a professional communication style
Able to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners
Strong IT skills and experience of using computers, preferably Excel, Power Projects & Word
Able to work on your own initiative
