Job Description
TRANSPORT OFFICE ADMIN.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will be required to undertake a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Communicating with customers
2. Answering and responding to incoming calls promptly
3. Liaising with key clients to assist with their needs
4. Reporting, including POD’s
5. Using internal systems and Excel spreadsheets
6. Planning and organising the activities of the Transport Operation
Duration: Ongoing work with an immediate start date.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: In return for your hard work, you will be paid an hourly rate of £13.20.
Working Hours: Working days are Monday to Friday, hours are 12:00 to 20:30.

Experience & Qualifications
We ask that applicants have:
1. Strong spoken and written English
2. Experience using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
3. Hard-working, punctual and reliable attitude towards work
4. Good attention to details
