About the Role
Due to the company expanding and winning numerous infrastructure projects across the UK, they are now looking for a Site Agent to join the team working on energy projects. Types of projects will include onshore wind farms, battery storage sites, and transmission substations.
You will report to the project manager and work on major projects for clients such as Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall, and the National Grid. They have also won an EV charging station contract worth £10M per year, which is a growing segment of their business. The work involves multi-utility installations, including gas, water, and electricity, as well as associated civils such as rising mains, sewage, deep excavations, and pumping stations. Wastewater diversions will also be a key project during your time there, with an order book of £15M extending into 2025.
This role will involve traveling to various sites across the UK, which is a key part of the position. The role is permanent; no freelancers will be considered.

Requirements
Candidates are required to have a good standard of education, preferably a BSc in Civil Engineering. Good stability on your CV working for a tier one or tier two contractor within utilities is vital. You will need excellent NEC contract knowledge and the ability to engage with clients. The most important aspect of this role is your work ethic, and you will be welcomed into a family-run business that offers significant room for progression.
A UK driving license is mandatory for this role.
