What the Job Involves This role involves independently managing a caseload, undertaking community care and safeguarding assessments, and maintaining the duty of care for adults and children. You will provide expert opinions, liaise with multi-agency teams, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Additionally, you'll support and supervise less experienced staff, contribute to service planning, and offer advice on financial and strategic matters. The role requires working beyond typical office hours, including weekends and some unsociable hours, as part of a rota system.
