The Opportunity: Workshop & Parts Co-ordinator
Contract: Permanent
Location: Cumbernuald, Briggs Equipment
Salary: £27,500 - £29,000

The Impact you will have:
* Follow company Health and Safety guidelines at all times.
* Support the regional team in all activities to achieve/surpass regional targets.
* Assist the workshop in daily administrative activities.
* Identify and resolve any queries on workshop jobsheets and timesheets.
* Complete the daily booking in sheet.
* Input parts requests into PIP from parts Scotland Inbox within required timescales to ensure parts reach engineers on time.
* Liaise effectively with internal departments, providing exceptional customer service and taking ownership of all problems through to resolution.
* Support the regional team to meet or exceed daily/monthly SLA’s and KPI’s.
* Communicate with customers to identify their needs and resolve any disputes to maintain positive working relationships.

* Extensive communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the business.
