An experienced HR Advisor/HRBP with strong ER experience is required to support the HRD in delivering an efficient operational and strategic HR service to the organisation on a 6 months FTC basis.
Responsibilities
* Providing a business partner model to 250 staff over 2 sites in Surrey.
* Managing employee relations, performance, and operational HR.
* First point of contact for HR queries, policies, and procedures.
* Advising managers around Employee Relations, Restructures, and Sickness.
* Managing high volume ER cases.
Qualifications
CIPD Qualified Level 5 or above.
Required Skills
Previous experience in a public sector setting would be advantageous.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
£45000 - £48000, onsite parking, hybrid working, and flexible start/finish times.
