An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated nurse to join our clinical site team as a Senior Clinical Site Manager at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.
You will be responsible for managing site safety and supporting patient flow within the Trust, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a consistently high standard of care to meet patient needs and Trust objectives during your working shifts.
Main duties of the job
You look for problems or issues and involve others in creating solutions. It is essential that you have a flair for problem solving, that you can work under pressure and have good people management experience.
You influence, guide and encourage people toward achieving a common goal.
You actively listen to staff and act on their feedback.
You will possess excellent leadership and communication skills and have the ability to manage change effectively in the absence of other managers.
Your work will involve working in the Care Coordination Centre with Tactical Command supporting patient flow.

Essential criteria
1. Registered midwife/nurse minimum experience of 3 years at Band 7 Site Manager
2. Degree level or equivalent
3. Post-Graduate Management qualification or working towards/or equivalent specialist knowledge/experience

4. MSc or health related equivalent.
