Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to join our team at Northbrooke House, Havenstreet. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our care services meet the highest standards set by regulatory bodies. This will involve overseeing staff recruitment, training, and development, as well as ensuring that care plans are tailored to meet individual service users' needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
* Develop and implement care plans that meet individual service users' needs
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the service
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements
* Minimum of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Previous experience in a management position within the care sector
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with service users, their families, and staff
* Good analytical, planning, and organisational skills, with attention to detail
