They offer an excellent APC Training Programme boasting one of the highest 1st time pass rates in the country and hold Investors in People status.The Career OpportunityThey are looking for a Senior QS/Employers agent to provide comprehensive EA management on major residential projects. Within the role, the candidate will develop relationships with key clients and have excellent communication skills with a passion to succeed. Projects vary in Size and are major schemes in the North west.Key responsibilities include;The production of feasibility estimatesCarry out the Employers Agent roleCost planning through the RIBA Stages and advising on design optionsPreparation of tender documentation, tender analysis and preparing tender recommendationsCompiling contract documentation and administering the contractMonitoring costs of projects and their progress in relation to the agreed programme, budget and quality standardsThe CandidateYou will have a professional and positive approach with the ability to work as part of a team as well as being self-motivated and proactive in using your own initiative. The ability to build strong relationships and communicate at all levels with all stakeholders is essential, coupled with the future desire to coach and mentor junior members of the team joining later in the year.
