Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our medical clinic. This position is responsible for managing all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employees
* Handle accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate records
* Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
* Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate with external accountants for audits and tax preparation
* Monitor and report on cash flow and expenses
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
* Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
* Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
