Role Overview: The Senior Customer Supply Analyst plays a vital role in strengthening customer relationships within the Supply Chain function across a key account or a group of accounts. The focus is on maintaining high service levels through improved forecast accuracy and collaborative customer engagement, while driving efficiency and sustainability in the supply chain. You'll serve as the key integration point between Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial teams. You’ll lead monthly discussions with key customers and internal stakeholders to align on service projections, volume shifts, and planning insights, playing a central role in ensuring product availability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Maintain regular (weekly/daily) communication with customer supply chain contacts, and occasionally commercial counterparts. Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction scores Lead monthly 30/60/90 planning meetings with key accounts to align on joint supply chain goals, forecasting, and service performance. Service levels and on-shelf availability Promotional and seasonal and marketing activity planning NPD/NPI and range review coordination Prepare Demand Review outputs capturing key insights and forecast updates. Track weekly service levels, EPOS data, stock in trade, and consumption. Participate in Demand Review meetings with National Account Managers and Demand Planning. Support NPD/NPI forecasting and track performance.What You’ll Need: 3 years of experience in a supply chain or customer-facing role A customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills Commercial insight and a strategic approach to delivering value Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with SAP (preferred but not essential)Hybrid Working Model: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home two days per week Salary banding £40,000 - £50,000 bonus and benefits
