As a Business Support Assistant, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff in the PCN Team Up! service. The post holder will be a crucial part of the team to provide business support on a day-to-day basis to the clinical team. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable, a creative thinker and able to use their own initiative. Experience of using SystmOne is essential (experience of EMIS is desirable) as is experience of working in Primary Care is. The role will involve providing administrative support to the team conducting the clinical visits, assisting with accessing and obtaining information from the clinical records, prioritising emails, referrals and test results assigning them to the clinician in a timely manner. The team hold a variety of meetings, this role would support with that, liaising with a variety of stakeholders and providing administrative support during the meetings. The post holder will also be required to co-ordinate administrative and secretarial services; including for example, the preparation of agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required. Supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary for the operations manager, clinical lead and the rest of the team.
