The role
Day-to-day life as a cyber security and data privacy associate will involve:
* Supporting a senior member of the team to conduct assurance and advisory reviews such as assessing the effectiveness of client security controls.
* Working across a range of security domains, such as governance, preventative controls, detective controls, incident management, and disaster recovery.
* Bringing a positive attitude and willingness to learn about security best practices, standards, and frameworks.
* Working across a range of clients, interacting with organisations to support them in implementing good cyber security and data privacy controls.

Key accountabilities
Our cyber security and privacy team are part of our wider Technology Risk team and often work closely with members of the wider team to deliver services such as:
* Internal IT Audit
* IT Advisory
* Data Analytics
* External IT Audit
* SOC/3rd Party Assurances
Skills & experience
To get the job that you’ll love you will have:
* The right to work in the UK for a minimum of 5 years from your start date.
* On track to achieve or have already achieved a minimum 2:2 in your undergraduate degree.
