Why do we need you?
We’re looking for Customer Service Account Managers to join our Account Management team to support our customer’s ongoing journey with MoneyPlus. We need specialists to interact directly with all existing customers via telephone, email, customer portal and post, providing ongoing quality customer service for the duration of their time as a MoneyPlus customer.

What do we need you to do?
* Have rich conversations with customers, understanding their individual circumstances and any changes that may affect their solution.
* Make recommendations on suitable solutions, resolving any outstanding queries and addressing any concerns.
* Handle high volumes of scheduled outbound calls to conduct annual customer reviews as well as well as direct inbound calls from customers and creditors.
* Listen actively and use your objection handling skills where necessary to ensure solution value.
* Keep your admin up to date, connecting with your peers, team leaders and managers.
What skills and experience do we need you to have?
* A desire to be part of something bigger, making a real difference to our customer’s lives.
* A motivation to learn and constantly grow.
* A hardy determination to handle the pressure of a high pace environment and targets.
* The desire to be proactive, accountable, and resilient.
* An empathy and understanding for people experiencing difficult times.
* While experience in the debt advice sector, working to targets or in a contact centre would be an advantage, it’s not essential.
