The Role: As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating and converting new business, with a key focus on lead generation, sales growth, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Take a proactive approach to identify and secure new business opportunities within the franchise healthcare sector. Lead Generation & Conversion: Independently generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research, successfully converting them into long-term clients. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to expand the business's footprint, driving revenue and growth. Collaboration & Support: Work alongside internal teams (Head Office, Directors and Managers) to ensure successful project completions and high client satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Track progress against business development targets, providing regular updates to management.
