Sales Director - Catering, London, £80k - £90k + Bonus
I am working with a premium catering and events business in London who is seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand its corporate catering portfolio. The Sales Director will be responsible across all sales functions with a focus on B&I catering, developing strategic relationships, securing high-value contracts, and leading a dynamic sales team.
The Role:
1. Develop and execute a commercial sales strategy to drive contract catering growth
2. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, venues, and workplace catering partners
3. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to maximise performance
4. Oversee contract catering tenders and client retention strategies
5. Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring innovative and sustainable catering solutions
Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role from a contract catering background
2. Strong industry network and ability to secure high-value contracts
3. Commercially driven with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
4. Leadership and mentoring experience, fostering a high-performance culture
