As the Therapist, you would be responsible for providing individual, group and family therapy, participating in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing an annual comprehensive clinical/psychosocial assessment and crisis intervention consultation.

What you bring to this role:
* Bring your passion and expertise.
* A desire to help others become the best they can be in serving our clients while managing a healthy work/life balance.
* Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
* A Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
* Desired experience working with children with developmental and intellectual and/or physical disabilities; any equivalent education and experience.
* Candidates must also have a good understanding of clinical diagnoses and interventions to address mental health conditions.
* Valid Driver’s License.
* Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
* Certified in first aid/CPR, Certification in proper de-escalation techniques using Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and universal precautions required.
