What you’ll do
1. Responsible for owning backlog, roadmap, agreeing scope, & prioritisation of new data and capabilities for NBA
2. Accountable for the requirements business readiness & delivery for AoM activity through the Pega platform.
3. Responsible for working with the Solution Architects, data designers, delivery managers and the 3rd Party suppliers to deliver an end-to-end target solution
4. Evangelise new and existing capability with wider business and technical stakeholders – to CLT level
Who you are
5. Experience of maximising the value of marketing capability & data for commercial activity, customer experience & personalisation
6. Experience of solutions for Real-Time Decisioning, Modelling, and Machine Learning capabilities
7. Knowledge of Pega Decisioning platform (CDH) would be highly desirable
8. Knowledge of how a Base Marketing function / CVM team works end to end – big data anlalytics, commercial strategy, campaign management, analysis and reporting, marketing operations.
9. Ability to work with IT specialists to direct build activity, address data quality issues and define a performant solutions.
10. Accurate under pressure and solid ability to resolve conflict across the organisation stemming from disparate ways of working and disparate levels of understanding of AoM Functionality & Operating Models
