Your missions
Working directly with the Finance Director, your main missions will be the following:
SALES SUPPORT
. Support the business, by being the main contact for replenishments, availabilities, orders.
. Exchange with the commercial team on a daily basis to optimize the business
LOGISTICS & WAREHOUSING
. Organize and track delivery of goods.
· Define and is responsible the whole Supply Chain structure.
· Manage 3PL (3d Party Logistics) suppliers in all countries
· Set up and manage inbound and outbound flows (incoterm, shipping method, quality, storage, pick and pack).
· Create and manage EAN codes set up, labelling and packaging process, with vendors and 3PL.
· Set up & manage the required system (Excel/ ERP as needed).
· Set up warehousing management standards for jewels, packaging and POSM.
· Dealing with all customs matters and preparing documentation for temporary imports/exports.
PRODUCTION & SUPPLY
· Process purchasing orders and Invoicing
· Define, in cooperation with the management team, the best demand forecast and assortment, for all business streams (Wholesale, Retail, Back-up stock).
· Coordinate suppliers, for finished product, packaging and POSM, to ensure on time delivery on different product categories
. In charge of QC and ensuring all QC processes are met.
· Coordinate Hallmarks processes for each country of invoiced as needed i.e. punching process and re- polishing as needed.
· Prioritize production batches, to ensure the best stock assortment avoiding lack of product and based on Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).
WHOLESALE CLIENTS
· Follow up on deliveries, invoicing with all clients.
· Set up invoicing process and produce monthly invoices to all wholesale clients
INVENTORY
· Ensure monthly stock take of all inventory locations for jewels and quarterly for packaging and POSM.
· Set up Reporting dashboards.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
· Define and manage after sales service process and the Sales Return process
Requirements:
Have a University degree in Engineering, Economics, or comparable graduation.
2/3 years of experience in Operational Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain in Fine Jewellery.
Knowledge of ERP softwares and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Able to work in team environment as well as independently.
Fluent in English; French would be a plus.
Preferred experience working in Luxury or in Fine Jewellery.
