About Autism Plus Autism Plus are a leading Yorkshire Charity supporting adults and young people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex needs. About the Role Hours: Fixed Term 12 Months Maternity Cover. 3 days a week, days to be discussed at interview. Location: 2 days office based at Fieldside Court in Thorne, Doncaster with 1 day working remotely from home. Occasional travel across Yorkshire may be required to meet the needs of the business This exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time HR Advisor to join Autism Plus for 12 months to cover maternity leave, working within a HR Team and reporting into the HR Manager. The key purpose of the role will be to support the HR team in providing an efficient and effective HR service to employees and managers across the business and striving to improve the HR service being delivered. The HR Advisor will take ownership for advising managers in dealing with employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary & grievance, performance management and absence management, and ensuring compliance with Autism Plus policies and current employment legislation. There will be an induction provided which will include online training as well as shadowing within the HR Team.
