Job Benefits
* Competitive salary: £35,000-£38,000 per year (based on experience).
* Full-time permanent position with 35 hours/week (flexible scheduling).

Job Requirements
Person Specification: We are looking for someone who can:
* Prioritise and organise workloads effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
* Communicate and collaborate with a range of people in a professional manner.
* Demonstrate technical expertise in ETC systems, Yamaha mixing consoles, and DANTE.
* Maintain flexibility to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Display strong attention to detail, time management, and initiative.
* Good IT skills and knowledge of running digital cinema presentations.
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure and networking.
* Experience working with IPAF 3A & 3B and forklift driving (or willingness to train).
* Availability to start within one month of a job offer.
Job Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for productions, including lighting, sound, stage management, and digital media.
* Collaborate with artists, visiting companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth production from setup to breakdown.
* Maintain all technical systems, equipment, and records (e.g., LOLER, PAT, and EICR inspections).
* Lead and manage training for technical staff, ensuring consistent skill development.
* Supervise stock checks, consumables, and supplies while maintaining safe working practices.
* 2+ years of managing a technical team in a theatre or similar arts environment.
* Proven track record in supervising teams and delivering high-quality productions.
