For our UK location we are looking for a full-time Regional Account Manager

Dresser Utility Solutions is a premier provider of measurement, instrumentation, piping solutions, and over-pressure protection devices for the natural gas and utility markets, including water, gas, and electric sectors globally. Our extensive portfolio encompasses gas metering and volume correction devices, pipeline integrity solutions, pressure regulators, high-performance pressure relief devices, chemical injection pumps, and electric actuators.
Role Summary:
The Regional Account Manager will report to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with the business development team to cultivate and manage a sustainable pipeline of work that aligns with our business strategy and regional objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Manage existing customer accounts and introduce new product groups.
* Develop new business opportunities within the territory.
* Oversee sales channel development, management, and monitoring.
* Conduct financial forecasting by product group within the territory.
* Recommend and implement targeted marketing activities, including trade shows and local advertising.
* Report on activities, results, market changes, and macro trends.
* Suggest product enhancements and future development directions.
* Create and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders.
* Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate involvement.
* Build relationships with prospective customers using various communication tools.
* Generate new sales and marketing opportunities and process orders.
* Champion compliance and EHS standards, leading by example and driving training initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of transaction impacts on business models.
* Proficient in English (oral/written) and preferably another European language (e.g., German, French, Italian).
* Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
* Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and relevant CRM software (Salesforce, Oracle, HubSpot).
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to establish credibility with customers and cross-functional teams.
* Immigration permission to work in the UK
