About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Key Appointments UK Ltd, an award-winning Digital Marketing Agency based in Leeds City Centre.
As a key member of our Client Services team, you will work closely with clients to deliver effective digital marketing solutions that drive results. Your primary responsibility will be to provide proactive account management, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of projects.
You will work collaboratively with our creative team to develop and execute strategies that meet client objectives, leveraging your knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
* Develop and implement customized digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables.
* Conduct regular client meetings and progress updates to maintain open communication and address any concerns.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an account management role.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
