Customer Service Administrator
Epsom, Surrey (Office based, please check you can commute to post code KT19 before applying)

Hours: 9:00-17:30 Monday - Friday
A highly successful and growing business within the leisure/entertainment sector is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator who is looking for a career and not just a job. It’s a busy and varied role. Previous experience in a similar role along with excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Answering emails / phone calls from customers and solving issues
2. Following the complaints procedure and logging all correspondence
3. Liaising with suppliers and couriers to help organise customer requests
4. Providing troubleshooting advice and arranging spare parts to be delivered
5. Logging customers who may require on-site engineer visits
6. Dealing with returns – working closely with the supplier and shipping company
7. Liaising with Engineers and scheduling installations
8. Generating reports for management
9. Implementing systems and procedures
10. Checking and responding to Google reviews
11. Working on a ticketing system
Skills and experience:
1. At least 2 years’ customer service experience with an eye for detail
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Experience in handling and resolving problems or scheduling
4. A technical mind would be an advantage
5. Able to multi-task and prioritise
6. Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion
7. Good computer literacy (all systems used are computer-based and many products we sell have computer systems driving them)
