Supply Teacher-Glossop
About the Role: Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to work across a variety of secondary schools in Glossop. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach a range of subjects and help ensure the continuity of education during periods of staff absence. This role is ideal for flexible, experienced educators who enjoy working in diverse environments and are passionate about making a difference in students' learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, productive learning environment.
* Support students with their educational and personal development.
* Adapt teaching materials to suit the needs of different learning styles.
* Provide feedback to the permanent staff on student progress and classroom activities.
* Follow school policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience in teaching at secondary school level.
* Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and manage a variety of classroom settings.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to managing students.
* A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
