Job summary Applications are invited for the post of NHS Locum Consultant General Surgeon at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. This post is to commence as soon as possible and will run through to at least April 2025. The post attracts 10 PAs (additional PAs may be negotiable) and will include an on-call commitment for emergency general surgery (currently 1 in 10). The post is based at Warwick Hospital with some clinics held at Stratford upon Avon Hospital if required. Main duties of the job This is a locum post to cover a period of additional training for 2 of our substantive consultants, who will be reducing their emergency commitment during this time. The candidate will be capable of performing on-call for Emergency General Surgery at Consultant Level. Outpatient clinics take place at both Warwick and Stratford Hospital.
