1 Bowlers Green, Radlett WD7 9HQ with travel around various sites in Hertfordshire (hybrid role 3 days on site)
£22.99 per hour
Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is currently seeking an Estates Officer (Band 6) to join their term Estates and Facilities team on a temporary basis.
This role will include (but not exclusive to)
- Ensure that estates engineering and building systems are safe and available for their intended use
- Oversee the provision of all project management asset information required for statutory and mandatory returns and reports.
-Advise Service Partners Management and Trust Facilities Managers on mechanical/electrical and building systems ensuring compliance that those activities are carried out.
-Undertake line-management responsibilities and duties for specialists engineering / building contractors.
Experience & Knowledge
- Mechanical & Electrical Engineering qualification (Building services/HNC/ HND)
- UK Driving licence and own vehicle
- NHS experience is desirable
- Experience in a similar role in recent years.
- Excellent IT skills.
