Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components for various projects. Create detailed CAD models, technical drawings, and specifications. Oversee and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and technical support. Conduct design reviews and ensure that all designs meet project requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions. Perform testing and validation of prototypes to ensure performance and reliability.
