Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Fleet Compliance Manager to join our team in Lutterworth supporting our BT contract. You will oversee all transport/fleet compliance matters across a large fleet, ensuring excellence in vehicle maintenance, operational efficiency, and compliance with all relevant legal and safety regulations.
This is a full-time, permanent position, predominately working Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00. However, we do ask for some flexibility. This is logistics, after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £41,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Ensure that all fleet activities are undertaken in line with Group Health and Safety Policy and within the requirements of the Fleet Audit process
* Work with the site-based transport management teams to ensure maximum fleet uptime and availability, including contingency vehicles, ensuring all vehicle defects are managed effectively and service/MOT’s are pre-booked by the local teams to accommodate operational requirements
* Maintain and monitor all associated fleet and defect management systems, escalating non-compliance immediately for investigation
* Schedule network site visits as appropriate to suit compliance audits and network engagement
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* International CPC holder is preferred, and full UK Driving Licence is essential
* Extensive experience within a transport operations or fleet compliance role with a strong understanding of fleet and HGV maintenance
* Understanding of Operator Licence conditions relating to fleet maintenance and the associated compliance practices
* PC literate and good analytical skills
