About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Security Manager to join us Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role Maximize prevention of crime by ensuring the regular presence of security officers in all areas of Business Units. Collaborate with all Business Unit colleagues to ensure they have a sound knowledge of Business Unit Security procedures and are fully briefed on the importance of Security Awareness Review arrivals lists daily, highlighting High-Risk individuals including Credit Risks and the identification of VIP guests, and reporting to management any identified individuals. Maintain an excellent working relationship with the Police force, Foreign Office, Customs & Excise, local intelligence units, Immigration, and any other pertinent Civil authorities. Manage the planning and completion of statutory Fire and Emergency Training for all colleagues including all levels of management. This is to be arranged and managed with the input of appropriate colleagues and delivered by suitably qualified and trained personnel. Participate and give relevant input to all projects within the Business Unit that will impact on the Security operation.
