Job summary At Yorhealth we provide care for children and young adults with complex care needs. You will be working in the family home. This role is to work with a baby boy who is 14 months old. He has bronchomalacia and has a tracheotomy ventilated 24 hours a day. He lives at home with his mum, dad, older sister and dog. He likes playing with musical toys and watching cocomelon. Main duties of the job We are looking for a staff member to join this little boys team to provide three waking nights per week on a two week rolling rota. Shifts will be set per week and we offer contracted hours to all staff.
