Job Title: Band 6 Dietitian Location: Preston Work Schedule: 4 days per week End Date: 30/11/2024 Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietitian to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is available immediately and will run until the end of November 2024. The successful candidate will provide dietetic assessment, advice, and care planning to community patients, working closely with other health professionals to deliver a multidisciplinary approach to the care of vulnerable elderly patients with nutritional needs. This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £28 per hour. Main responsibilities of this Dietetics vacancy: Conduct comprehensive dietetic assessments for community patients. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Provide expert nutritional advice and support to patients and their families. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure holistic patient care. Work with Home Enteral Feeding (HEF) patients to ensure their care is safe and effective. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
