Description As a senior leader in the Risk Technology organisation, you will focus on activities relating to both strategic business planning and functional business management. As the trusted partner to your Technology Head and Business Stakeholders you will work with the Technology Head, divisional leadership and the wider Risk Technology organisation to define the strategic plan and measure performance. The Chief of Staff activities include all aspects of business operations, managing budget, change management and workforce management to support and enhance the division to meet their strategic and operational goals and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. You'll work in collaboration with the other sub-tower Chiefs of Staff and the Risk Technology Chief of Staff in sharing best practices and champion new ways of working. Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operational strategies, optimizing existing team processes and act as a trusted confidential advisor to your Technology Head Prepare and deliver data-driven recommendations and material to support executive and key stakeholder decisions Oversee implementing workforce strategy to support organisational goals and drive resource management operations to ensure successful execution of workforce plans Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives to drive program / process optimization and organizational efficiency Foster a culture of control at every level of the organisation Build excellent working relationships with CTO, senior stakeholders, technologists and the broader Risk Technology Organisation Champion globally inclusive cultural initiatives focused on promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines Demonstrated experience in driving complex investment projects forward, iterate and adapt Ability to create and support a collaborative culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent A strong understanding of financial control, budget management, risk management, and operations Experience in agile transformation at scale Demonstrated experience in working with senior firm leadership Expertise working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals Data-influenced decision making style Relationship focused, partners extremely well with internal and external stakeholders Extensive experience providing support to a Technology function
