Job summary
A vacancy has arisen for a Secretary within the Estates, Facilities and PFI Division at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust to work within a team of Administrative Staff providing secretarial and administrative support to our Division.
Main duties of the job
You will record annual leave and produce payroll reports for the Directorate, including the direct inputting of all Estates/Facilities Staff information onto the computerised EASY system and maintain the filing system for all personal files.
You will be part of the Administrative Team which provides administrative and secretarial services for this busy Directorate. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to arrange meetings, organise diaries. Extensive experience of Word, Excel spreadsheets and minute taking. The ability to prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines are essential requirements for this post.
