Korean Speaking Supply Chain Assistant Manager
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (40 hours per week, 30-minute lunch)

A well-established company in the manufacturing and distribution sector is looking for a Supply Chain Assistant Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to manage order processing, logistics, and inventory while supporting business operations.
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Assistant Manager will support the Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager in ensuring efficient order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and stock management. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP and supply chain operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process daily orders, ensuring timely dispatch and coordination with logistics providers
2. Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet demand
3. Generate and verify proforma invoices for sales and service orders
4. Create and manage sales orders on SAP
5. Maintain accurate data for pricing, new customers, and address registrations
6. Handle returns processing, including collections and SAP adjustments
7. Process service parts requests for repair and replacement teams
8. Maintain accurate inventory logs and records
Invoicing and Documentation
1. Generate sales invoices and credit notes for customer orders
2. Ensure compliance with internal supply chain processes
3. Act as the main point of contact for customer and branch queries
4. Work closely with internal teams to improve supply chain operations
Minimum Requirements
1. Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or purchasing
2. Strong SAP knowledge and experience managing order processing and inventory
3. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
7. Full UK driving licence (occasional travel may be required)
Desirable Skills
1. Fluency in Korean is highly advantageous
