CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISOR - SOCIAL HOUSINGSEVENOAKS £24,000 - £25,000 PER YEAR
You will be first point of contact for the customers and will book in the first initial job and diagnose the repair required and handover any follow on work to the Admin team. You will be working directly under the team leader to ensure all information is taken accurately and customers data capture requirements are adhered to.
Our friendly call handlers deliver an outstanding support service, responding to and prioritising calls and understanding the needs and circumstances of each one.. We provide support making sure our clients get the right help when they need it. So, if you want to make a difference and you're helpful, calm and caring, then this may be the job for you.
You will work as part of a small, friendly team based in SEVENOAKS It's not a typical call centre environment - it has a lovely friendly feel about it and as well as supporting our customers, we support each other too.
Requirements-

Good time management, planning & organisational skills Attention to detail You take responsibility You work & behave positively, proactively & constructively The ability to work with the minimum of supervision as part of a team. You work well within a team and can take instruction Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Take ownership of problems to find a resolution Experience of handling multiple tasks in a high volume, rapidly changing environment
